Regulations for the processing of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection data) Softgent Sp. z o.o. is, in the meaning of the Act, the Administrator of entrusted personal data.
§ 1 The scope and purpose of personal data processing
Softgent Sp. z o.o. undertakes to process the entrusted data in accordance with one of the purposes of their processing specified below:
a) Delivering marketing content, including information about products and services of Softgent Sp. z o.o. and direct Softgent Sp. z o.o.’s partners
b) Implementation of tasks resulting from the concluded civil law agreement
c) Conducting the recruitment process
d) Processing warranty claims
§ 2 Protection of personal data
Softgent Sp. z o.o. undertakes to implement and maintain, throughout the processing, all measures and safeguards related to the processing of data, as required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. Softgent Sp. z o.o. undertakes to keep confidential received Personal Data. Recipients of entrusted personal data may be Softgent Sp. z o.o.’s designated partners hired for the purpose of handling data processing. In such a case, Softgent Sp. z o.o. undertakes to ensure, through appropriate agreements, that the data will not be processed for purposes other than those specified as a purpose of processing.
§ 3 Consent to the processing of personal data
By accepting the terms of these regulations, I declare that the provision of data is a voluntary act and the basis for data processing by Softgent Sp. z o.o. It’s my agreement. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Softgent Sp. z o.o. consider requests related to the processing of personal data in the scope of gaining access (copy) of processed data, rectification of personal data processed, cessation or limitation of personal data processing or deletion of personal data after sending an application to the e-mail address: rodo(at)softgent.net. I have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time. Personal data will be processed for revocation of consent, and after such cancellation, for the period of limitation of claims of the data controller and in relation to it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Regulamin przetwarzania danych osobowych
Zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) firma Softgent Sp. z o.o. jest, w rozumieniu ustawy administratorem powierzonych danych osobowych.
§1 Zakres i cel przetwarzania danych osobowych
Softgent Sp. z o.o. zobowiązuje się przetwarzać powierzone dane zgodnie z określonym jednym z wymielonych poniżej celów ich przetwarzania:
a) Przekazania treści marketingowych, w tym informacji o produktach i usługach firmy Softgent Sp. z o.o. oraz bezpośrednich kontrahentów firmy Softgent Sp. z o.o., stanowiących integralną część oferty Softgent Sp. z o.o.
b) Realizacji zadań wynikających z zawartej umowy cywilno-prawnej
c) Przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji
d) Rozpatrywanie roszczeń gwarancyjnych
§ 2 Ochrona danych osobowych
Softgent Sp. z o.o. zobowiązuje się wdrożyć i utrzymywać przez czas przetwarzania wszelkie środki i zabezpieczenia związane z przetwarzaniem danych, zgodnie z wymaganiami rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. Softgent Sp. z o.o. zobowiązuje się do zachowania w tajemnicy Danych osobowych, o których powziął wiadomość w związku z powierzeniem danych. Odbiorcami danych mogą być wyznaczone przez Softgent Sp. z o.o. podmioty zajmujące się obsługą celów przetwarzania danych. W takim przypadku Softgent Sp. z o.o. zobowiązuje się zapewnić, poprzez odpowiednie umowy, iż dane nie będą przetwarzane w celach innych niż określonych jako cel przetwarzania.
§ 3 Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych
Akceptując warunki niniejszego regulaminu oświadczam, iż podanie danych jest aktem dobrowolny a podstawą przetwarzania danych przez Softgent Sp. z o.o. jest moja zgoda. Przysługuje mi prawo wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie. Softgent Sp. z o.o. rozpatruje żądania związane z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych w zakresie uzyskania dostępu (kopi) przetwarzanych danych, sprostowania przetwarzanych danych osobowych, zaprzestania lub ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych lub usunięcia danych osobowych po przesłaniu wniosku na adres e-mail: rodo(at)softgent.net. Przysługuje mi prawo wycofania zgody na przetwarzanie danych w dowolnym momencie. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do ew. odwołania zgody, a po takim odwołaniu, przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń przysługujących administratorowi danych i w stosunku do niego zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r.
